Please Write a Personal Note of Gratitude to Dr. Matt Williams in the Form Below

We are planning to honor Matt Williams for his many years of service to MAACS and Christian education this year at the annual conference in November (just a few weeks away). Although some may want to send or bring a card, we will also be printing up a booklet with notes of gratitude that we collect online.  To be included in this booklet, please fill out the form below, and we will add your words of gratitude.  We will also be taking a love offering at the conference for Dr. Matt and Donna, so if you would like, please come prepared to give.
